Not much has happened here since our video concert wayyyy back in early 2013, but I assure you, the last couple years have been anything but quiet. Patrick has put out a few excellent EP’s, as well as moved all around the world, from Paris to NYC and back again. I released an EP of my own and have continued writing about music on my website. I had the opportunity to meet up with Patrick for a week in Paris, but music didn’t make it into our busy days. We even tried to commandeer the piano at the Gare du Nord but it was always in use. Nevertheless, it was amazing to experience his life on the other side of the pond.
You may remember that Nazifa won a personalized song by The Soloists! I know it took a while, but we’re proud to announce that our new song, “No Forecast of Rain,” has a release date of next Tuesday, November 4th! The song is based on Nazifa’s book, Searching for a Pulse. We’re really excited about this track and can’t wait to get it out to the world! We’ll be telling you more about it in posts leading up to the release.
