A year ago, my life was very different. I was in beautiful, snowy Michigan, senior classes I’d hoped would be easy turned out to be pretty difficult, and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t really know where I would be in a year. This time of my life inspired a group of songs I wrote and quickly recorded. Some were about specific events, and others were more about how I felt during that time. I sent the demos off to Pat, and then never came back to them. Over the summer, I stumbled on the demos and gave them a listen. I’ve spent the last several months rewriting and tweaking them, and now I’m working on finally putting together this album, titled “Long Walks in Ann Arbor”! To get some songs out to the dedicated fans quicker, I’m putting together an EP of acoustic recordings of a few of the songs. I’m really happy with what these songs have become, and I hope you’re excited to hear them! The artwork will be up in the next few days, and the EP shortly after!
